I’m happy to be sharing an on-trend look this week that will take you straight out of summer and right into Fall. Bell sleeves are hot for next season and this pretty blouse keeps it light with short-sleeves, but the blue and white stripes are great for incorporating back with jeans and Fall colours when the weather starts to turn chilly.
