Ok so this is something you’ve never seen me wearing before – head to toe leopard! I usually like to play it safe with just a jacket, a belt, or a pair of shoes – but today I dived right it and went for a full midi-length dress that I’m actually quite surprise how much I love. I was doubtful it could work for me and thought it might be a little too overpowering, but I was pleasantly surprised.

This dress is from a boutique on Vancouver Island called Finders Keep Hers which carries some of the best unique brands and also has an online shop.

My suggestion though for keeping this look feminine and not too over-the-top would be to pair it with muted tones like this pale pink coat. What do you guys think – yay or nay? I would also suggest nixing the black tights – but hey, it was soooo cold the day we shot this I had no choice LOL

PETITE FIT NOTES:
– This is not a petite dress but I’m wearing size XS. It’s a bit more loose on the waist than I would have liked, but thank goodness for the tie to really cinch it in.
– The ruched sleeves are perfect though for us petite gals as it tends to cling to the arm and appears more fitted.
