Last month I had the opportunity to collaborate with some amazing local brands and businesses culminating in an Instagram Takeover over on the @bluboho account. During that takeover I wore the most perfect pieces from local online boutique laut.ca and I just had to share a few more of the stunning images we shot in the clothes. Boutique owner Fiona (the absolute sweetest lady btw), curates a selection of unique brands from around the world as well as close to home. The Bless jacket I’m wearing is handcrafted by Toronto designer Ellie Mae and I just cannot get enough of it! It’s the perfect Spring ‘everything’ jacket and it’s true I’ve been wearing it with EVERYTHING! The meticulous attention to detail, right down to the song lyrics printed on the inside lining has me eagerly anticipating picking up another one of her jackets very soon. laut.ca carries some of Ellie Mae’s prettiest pieces so be sure to check them out.

The rest of my look is by One Teaspoon, also available from laut.ca. I’m so obsessed with these Dark Fantasy Freebirds II jeans because they are super comfortable and the raw-cut hem actually makes me look a whole lot taller – so naturally I’m a fan! And the faded black colour looks great casual or dressed up with a sharp blazer (like Ellie Mae). I also can’t get enough of this textured white blouse, also by One Teaspoon. The light, loose vibes of the raw edges are everything and I can’t wait to wear it more often once the weather around here finally warms up.
