These unprecedented warm February temps call for a little pre-Spring floral number that I’ve been anxiously waiting to bust out of the closet! Eliza J Petite dresses are my absolute favourite and this light and airy ruffle chiffon frock is the prettiest – just look at all those warm floral tones. And no need to wait until Spring to start wearing it – pair it with navy tights and you’re good to go!
