As a petite gal, high heels are an essential element of any outfit. While there are definitely times when it’s not practical, (such as toting around the kiddies) most going-out looks requires a little extra height to complete the outfit. I love these grey platform heels that give some serious lift in the toe and the heel, making me look much taller than my 4’11” frame. These shoes are from a store specific to petite feet, but I’ve link a few similar pairs above.

I don’t know about you but I’ve got this problem with shoes that no matter how comfortable (Converse chucks) or uncomfortable (these 5″ stilettos) a pair may be, I always – I mean always – get blisters, aching arches and irritated heels. Maybe there’s something wrong with my feet, but any amount of time walking around results in major foot issues. But this all ends here.

When I first saw Sole Serum on Instagram, I knew that I needed to give it a try. I’ve used everything from those heel sticks that are suppose to reduce friction, insoles, toe socks, and lots and lots of bandaids. But this is different. While I definitely like to use only all-natural skin-care products, sometimes emergencies and desperate situations call for serious action –  and let me tell you – this has saved not only my feet, but has also saved me from ruining a gorgeous outfit with layers and layers of bandaids. Even my mama who was having particular shoe issues, couldn’t stop raving about how it immediately took away the pain from an uncomfortable pair of flats. You can be sure I’ll be keeping this compact little stick very close by for when the next shoe emergency calls!
