For me summer is all about spending time with family and friends – relaxing, eating well, and most of all having fun!  I recently was asked by PURE LEAF to incorporate their Real Brewed Iced Tea into my daily routine and boy was that a cinch!

For the last few weeks I’ve been working on getting my backyard patio summer-ready (I know I’m a bit late on the draw) for lots of BBQ’s, lazy Sunday afternoons, and just a great outdoor space to chill out in. The finishing touches are finally coming together and I can’t wait to share our backyard-refresh on the blog in the coming weeks. So after a crazy day of DIY’s (there may or may not be pink flamingo’s on the horizon), I finally found five minutes to myself to sit down and cool off with a bottle of PURE LEAF Real Brewed Iced Tea. The flavour is clean, not too sweet, and overall very refreshing. I can’t get enough of the new Peach flavour which has quickly become my favorites!

This summer our family is doing all we can to eat cleaner, fresher and healthier. This includes incorporating more leafy greens into our diet and experimenting with fresh new recipes (this cookbook was a hint from my hubby).
