Gimme ruffles and polka dots and I’m a happy girl :) This halter neck dress with layers on layers of ruffles and tiny yellow polka dots, is just so fun for date night or a summer wedding. I paired it with a white, tweed blazer for cooler nights, and to keep it bright, airy and not too dark.
